Issue
Workflow is stuck on Document Generation action.
Resolution
1. Navigate to Central Administration.
2. Click 'Live and external settings'.
3. Click 'Disable' and then 'Enable' for the prerequisite service, this can take from few seconds to a couple of minutes.
