Issue

Submitted Nintex Mobile Item Forms are stuck in Outbox.

 

Resolution

Do not uninstall and reinstall the Nintex Mobile App. This deletes the local storage and you will lose the previous submissions.

Verify the following information:

1. Has the network account password recently been changed?
    Yes - Change the password back to the previous password and resubmit the forms. After the submissions are complete, update the network account password, then update the sign in details in the Nintex Mobile App.
2. Have the permissions on the Site/Site Collection been changed? The accounts are required to have at least Contribute permissions. If you are not inheriting permissions, verify the permissions on the list, {siteURL}/NintexWorkflows and the Nintex Workflow History list.
