Issue
Whilst performing an update, the following error may occur:

Resolution
This error represents that the machine that attempted the update is pending windows updates and cannot create a new instance of the COM component 0002DF01-0000-0000-C000-000000000046(Internet Explorer).

Additional Information
This at the end of our installer as it is attempting to open an instance of internet explorer to display the solutions management page in Central Admin. The installer has still completed, this error can be safely ignored and will be resolved when there server is next restarted.
