Error "The security certificate presented by this website was not issued by a trusted certificate authority" Accessing Nintex Workflow Cloud Tenant

Issue

When trying to load a Nintex Workflow Cloud tenant landing page, an error page is produced with the following error:

Error Code

There is a Problem with this Website's security certificate.The security certificate presented by this website was not issued by a trusted certificate authority.

Resolution

1. In Internet Explorer open Internet Options and navigate to Security > Trusted Sites > Sites.
2. Add the following to the trusted sites list:
   • *.workflowcloud.com
   • https://nintex-portal.auth0.com
   • https://auth.nintex.com
