Issue
When opening Licensing page from the Central Administration > Nintex Workflow Management > Licensing, the following error may occur
"The resource object with the key 'CustomAction_Licensing_Title' was not found"
Error Code
Additionally, you will see the link for "Customer Experience Program" title under Nintex Workflow Management is showing as $Resources:NintexAdmin, CustomAction_CustomerExperienceImprvementProgram_Title
Resolution
Navigate to Central Administration server and go to C:Program FilesCommon Filesmicrosoft sharedWeb Server Extensions15Resources. Then verify if you have the file name "NintexAdmin.en-US.resx ". If the file does exist then delete the file.
Additional Information
"NintexAdmin.en-US.resx" is preventing getting the correct resource file which is "NintexAdmin.resx".
