Issue
Error message appears when generating Document package: A file used by this DocGen Package is inaccessible or has been deleted from Salesforce
Resolution
The error seems to be related to the Template you are using in the Document Package. Please ensure that:
- The user has access to the folder where the document lives in
- The template in the Document package is linked to existing file in Salesforce
- you can double check by double clicking on the template name in the DocGen Package and see if the template has been deleted or not
- If the template has been deleted, remove the template from the DocGen Package and reassociate the template back to the package.
