How to configure Nintex Workflow for SharePoint to send notifications to users through Skype for Business.

Navigate to Central Administration
Open Nintex Workflow Management
Open Global Settings
Under Instant Messaging Settings select OCS/Lync
Provide the sip address, service account username and password, OCS/Lync server name, transport method
Select OK at the bottom of the page
