What is the scope of credentials created in the connection manager? If we enter the credentials, in connection manager, will the scope be limited to Workflow or Site Collection or Tenant?

As per the Nintex Workflow Connection manager helpfile:
You can create shared and personal connections.
Shared connections are created from the Connections page accessed from the Workflow Gallery page. The level of its availability is either site collection or site, depending on the privilege of the account used to create the connection.
