If you encounter difficulties configuring or editing OAuth credentials from the Nintex Console (but not Studio), and any changes you make result in an error message stating Something went wrong with no changes applied, try making the changes in the RPA Studio. This should help fix the error.
Instructions
- Open the Credential Vault and click on the General Users tab.
- Check the Domain field to see if any information is filled in, as shown below.
- Delete the information in the Domain field. This should resolve your issue.
