Adding a 'Required Role' to a training unit adds Trainees to a Training unit
Resolution
This is the expected behaviour, while the users are not scheduled in the training yet, all users included in a 'Required Role' are added to the Training Unit, as all these users should complete the training. This gives the Training Owners & Supervisors a view of who should be trained and their training status.
When generating a training unit report, please also be aware that the training units for the role will appear in the report for that user.
