Unable to add or upgrade Nintex apps in SharePoint Online

Topic
When attempting to add or upgrade Nintex Forms or Workflow for Office 365, the following message is displayed:

"Sorry for the hassle, we hit a problem. click to recover your license"

Instructions
A Tenant Administrator must renew the Nintex apps at the Tenant level:

SHAREPOINT ADMIN CENTER MODERN VIEW

  1. As a Tenant / Global Administrator, navigate to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
  2. Click on SharePoint.
  3. Click on More features.
  4. Click "Open" Apps.
  5. Click on More features.
  6. Click "Open" Site contents.
  7. Find the Nintex Workflow for Office 365 and or Nintex Form for Office 365 that has the issue > Click the 3 ellipsis button next to it.
  8. Click Manage License. 
  9. From the App License Management page > Click either Renew or Recover License. 


SHAREPOINT ADMIN CLASSIC VIEW

  1. As a Tenant / Global Administrator, navigate to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
  2. Click on Apps
  3. Click on Purchase apps
  4. Find the Nintex Workflow for Office 365 and or Nintex Form for Office 365 that has the issue > Click the 3 ellipsis button next to it.
  5. Click Manage License. 
  6. From the App License Management page > Click either Renew or Recover License. 

The Nintex for Office 365 app(s) should be available to be added or upgraded in sites throughout the tenant.

 

Additional Information
These licensing errors are produced by the SharePoint Store and are not related to any licensing with Nintex.
