Environment fields missing in Designer when editing workflows

When editing a workflow in K2 Designer, the environment fields are missing in the Context Browser.


Please check the following:

1. On K2 Management, go to Environment Library, select your default library, check the Security section. If a user has been given permission here, all other users will not be able to access the environment fields.

2. Make sure you do not have duplicate environment fields in both your Environment Library. If you have more than 1 environment field with the same name, remove duplicate fields that you are not using. Restart your K2 service and perform IISRESET when you are done.
