Copy/Pasting a numerical list from Microsoft Word into K2 SmartForm's Rich Text control and adding bullets will cause incorrect cursor navigation in the control

PRODUCTIssue
Taking a numerical list from MS Word and pasting it into the Rich Text control in a K2 SmartForm on IE 11 results in incorrect navigation with the cursor. If you make a bullet for two of the numerical list items, you can not use the up and down arrow keys to go between these bullets.Symptoms
We had a list like the following created in MS Word and copy/pasted it over to the Rich Text Control:
1. This
2. That
3. Something else
If we clicked the bullet button on the rich text control at say item # 1, we would instead get a list that looked like the following:
1.
•This
2.
•That
3. Something else
After this we can not move from "That" to "This" by pressing the up arrow to move our cursor. You are able to move down from "That" to "This", but not in the opposite direction.
Resolution
This is a known issue within K2. There are multiple ways to avoid this behavior that are listed below. At this time the behavior is specific to IE and Copy pasting from Microsoft Word.
1. If we add text or a space next to the numbers then the cursor can move freely between all of the text using the up arrow. Right now according to the HTML in the control there is actually no "space" or item to navigate upwards to. You can swap to the HTML tab on the control if it is enabled and also add in a space there via the HTML if you desire.
2. You can easily use the left and right arrows instead, to navigate properly when the cursor gets stuck here.
3. Use an alternative browser such as Chrome where this behavior does not show.
4. Create the list in IE within the control directly instead of copy/pasting from Microsoft Word.
