Issue
An error occurs when sending DocGen Package to DocuSign.
"There is a problem with your DocuSign credentials: One or both of Username and Password are invalid. A UserName was not specified. (ExternalError)"
Resolution
To resolve this, verify the two options below.
1. Is the DocGen Admin Tab Authorized?
2. Do the Users being referenced have valid DocuSign UserNames? This can be found on the Salesforce User Detail page.
