Code Fix: Destination users are not receiving task notification emails when many workflow instances are running
When running many workflow instances simultaneously, the destination users for tasks are not receiving their task notification emails.
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
- Download the K2 Five (5.1) FP15 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP15 to apply the fix.
Only new emails ready to be sent when it gets to the user task step, will be sent.
