Code Fix: The Broker SDK is only calling single sign on authentication when the cached password is null
When you execute a K2 connect SmartObject after changing your single sign on credentials, you are not prompted to update your stored single sign on credentials.
The following error message occurs: “An Error occurred during the SmartObject execution.”
- Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
- Download and Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Download the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP24 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP24 to apply the fix.
The fix will only be applied if you have K2 connect 4.7.3 installed.
