Issue
When granting workflow permissions to the "Everyone" group, the permissions do not seem to be applying (i.e. if the Everyone group is granted Start rights, users are still unable to start processes unless they are granted specified permissions).
Resolution
This issue may occur if the Everyone group is granted permissions under the wrong security label. If a similar issue occurs, test out granting the Everyone group permissions under the K2 label.
