I am having trouble getting any workflow successfully deployed and working. After several attempts, I was able to get a simple workflow successfully deployed but it does not execute properly. In the workflow history list I get the following outcome: "Workflow started, but with errors." The workflow shows as completed but does not perform any actions.
The workflow I have created is very simple. It starts when an item is created in a list and it creates a new item in another list. It also sends an email. I was able to get the workflow to run if I go to "Instance Management" and start a new Process Instance. This instance shows a status of "Error" but it is able to create a new item in the list and also sends the email.
Any help with troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated.
