Hello,

We are recovering from a severe hacking on our website. http://lakearenalrealestate.com/

I am trying to eleminate the remaining bad internal links but do not know how to find or remove them. Here is an example

http://lakearenalrealestate.com/?option=com_k2&view=itemlist&task=user&id=24241

http://lakearenalrealestate.com/index.php?option=com_k2&view=itemlist&task=user&id=28171

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

@LAREC,

I am sorry to hear that you were hacked, that has got to be an aweful experience.

When I click the links that you posted I see an error message "Warning

JUser: :_load: Unable to load user with ID: 28171"

Is that the issue you are referring to? or Is that  something I am seeing only on my end?

I can not find an error similar to that in our system, but I did a google search for this error and several Joomla related pages came up.

Is the website using Joomla?

The top two results are:

https://www.gavick.com/documentation/joomla/tutorials/fix-juser-error-joomla

http://www.itoctopus.com/how-to-fix-the-juser-_load-unable-to-load-user-with-id-62-error-on-joomla

I can not comment on if the fixes at those links work, I have not tried them and I am not not using Joomla.

I looked at the source code of the pages you linked. I found a line of code:

"<!-- JoomlaWorks "K2" (v2.6.8) | Learn more about K2 at http://getk2.org -->"

This forum is not related to "getk2.org"

Our software's website is http://www.k2.com/

If there is a mistake on my end please feel free to respond.

I hope this points you in the right direction.

Thanks

Chad
