A specific user is unable to see any tasks on the worklist control

Instructions

Check the filter on the worklist control of the affected user. They might have set some filters that could have caused them not to see task items that are assigned to them.  These filters can be modified or deleted based on the user's needs.

Additional Information

- Check if the affected user is able to see the task items from K2 Workspace site > Inbox.
