If you need help resolving a problem with queries or other issues with Nintex DocGen for Salesforce, you can grant account access to allow Nintex Support the ability to log into your Salesforce Org to resolve your issues. This hassle-free feature will enable you to avoid sharing your Salesforce credentials.

  • Access must be granted by the affected user when logged in with credentials. Admins cannot grant access on behalf of users.
  • Additionally, Nintex Support cannot log in as another user when subscribed in as an Admin. Salesforce Security removes the login ability.

Instructions

Option1: Via DocGen for Salesforce

  1. Open the Nintex Admin tab.
  2. Locate the Support box on the right side of the page.
  3. Click Grant Login Access.
  4. Locate Nintex Support in the Grant Access To column.
  5. Select the dropdown arrow to select a duration.
  6. Click Save.

 Option 2: Via Salesforce

  1. Log in to Salesforce.
  2. Click your image (avatar) in the upper right and select Settings.
