Invalid USer Name error message

Hi All,


I restarted the machine where K2Server is installed.


While I tried to use Service manager , I got the Error message as :" Invalid USer Name"


I tried to Edit K2.Net Server Registartion Properties . There when I gave the UserName , I got the same error.


I am perplexed as to what happened ?


I would like to add that I am giving the user name as "Administrator" which I give everytime and it is the same user name which was mentioned in the connection string while Registering. 


Please guide.

Can you give us some screenshots of:


1. The Error message


2. The 'User Manager' Tab of the 'K2.net Server Properties' in Service Manager.

Many a thanks for Replying.


I am attaching the screenshot of the Error Message.


But I am not able to send U the second screenshot because if I try to access the properties , I am getting the same message.


Pls guide.

Ok, then send me a screenshot of your K2 database's _Settings table.  Also, I think your problem lies with a misconfiguration of ADUM and SQLUM.  Have a look at the 'K2Console.config' file in Bin directory of K2.net 2003.  Make sure the UserName and password specified there is correct.
