Are there any known issues with Nintex Holidays?

Hello All!

We had some interesting behavior with one of our workflows regarding holidays.  Our business case is that users are to have 10 business days to complete a task, else the task is terminated.  We had holidays assigned to 12/25, 12/26 and 1/1.  One of our workflows was kicked off such that the 'due date' should have calculated to 1/5 and instead it calculated to 1/2.  I am wondering if having two holidays in a row caused an issue?

Thanks,

Erin

This is probably not the section to get your question answered. Probably the 'Support' section or contacting Emily to help you out. I would expect 'Support' would know if it is a known issue. None of my co-workers have complained about it not working.

I'll share this with Emily so she can see it. I hope this helps.

Thanks Lisa. I'm still figuring out the forums, so apologies for posting in

the wrong area!

At what level were the holidays configured? At the Site level through Site Settings > Nintex Workflow > Manage Holidays?

Yes, exactly through Site Settings. I notice also that when I enter say,

12/25/14 and click save, it shows on the view screen as 12/24/14 - so I

have to muck with it a few times

Check the time stamp.

Where is the timestamp stored? My UI just shows date

Thanks Emily!

Hi

Following up on an old post. If you have the solution for the same please let us know as that would help others on the community as well.

I ended up working around it by creating a SharePoint list where I store

holidays and RESTfully querying it when I need to make date calculations

‌, Just a request, if it is still possible, I would be interested to see a blog on that solution. Sounds very interesting and we appreciate your response to your solution also.
