I am using K2 blackperl 4.6.6. Do we have support for Azure hosting for Workflow. Also can I read the data from any database hosted in Azure.

Given that Azure provides VMs which are just Hyper-V, I can't think of a single reason why it wouldn't work.

Best way to find out though, is to go grab your Azure trial, install K2 and give it a whirl.
