Is there a way to not make a certain destination user's name not visible in the workspace report? I want to add a certain service account as a destination user but I don't want that service account to be visible because I don't want my users getting all confused as to who that service account belongs to.
P.S.
The service account as a destination user is essential for my windows service to be able to loop through different approvers' worklist.

Sorry, not possible in the standard K2.net Workspace Reporting. You'll have to develop custom reports to cater for this functionality.
