Symptoms
After adding users to a Role or Process Rights (or ther similar area), when select a second Role then add users again, after we searched and selected the users, if we accidentally clicked out side of the search criteria textbox, and press backspace, the browser will go back to the previous Role while the search dialog is still active, then if we click add, then save, the user list will display users from the previous Role added with the selected users while on the left plane, the highlighted Role is still the 2nd Role. If we click it again, the user list will refresh showing the second Role without the new users (which was added to the first selected Role)
In summary, there's 2 bug here
1: The left plane doesn't get updated when the browser go back while we add user
2: Add user dialog is not modal which accidental pressing of backspace will cause browser to go back.
Note: The accidental pressing of backspace happen quite often when we add multiple users which we edit the search criteria while adding users, but the mouse click can miss the textbox and backspace when to the dialog instead of the textbox.
Diagnoses
Managed to reproduce this issue to other pages that uses a modal dialog box as well, and sometimes it can cause the modal dialog box to be stuck with a loading spinner image. When that happens, closing the dialog box should resolve the issue.
Resolution
This issue has been logged as a bug to be investigated. The workaround for now is to take note of where you are adding your users to, and avoid clicking outside of the controls in the modal dialog box that appear in K2 workspace, and hitting backspace.
