Hi,
Was informed this morning that once requests are being received by the authorisors and they reply to the email (offline approval) with either approved/declined, the authorisers are no longer getting the K2 confirmation and none subsequent workflow actions are occuring.
I looked in the instance of the process and they are all sat in there....
I restarted the K2 Server Service and then all backlogged instances automatically continued.
But i've just submitted some test forms and it happens to all workflows, the authorisers get the request, the authorisers send back an approved/declined via email, but then nothing else happens.
Any able to help quickly?
