event notification is not send when using Infopath Clent Event

I have created a workflow and assigned the task to me. The task is assigned to me in the worklist item but no notification is send to me. The destiation user is Domainuser, the checkbox is tick for the 'Event Notification Settings', and the destination is set to 'All at Once' with destination user. In a MailEvent, an email can be send successfully.


The lastest update 670 has been installed on the server. The reporting service is not configured correctly, so it remain as 605.


Any advice to this problem?

I suspect that there might be something wrong with your MSMQ /Eventbus, please verify that the K2 Server Console doesn’t give any errors or warnings on this. Notification mails use MSMQ/Eventbus and email events uses SMTP, thus pointing me this direction.


How is your MSMQ configured? Public queues or Private Queues? Please refer to: http://help.k2.com/en/kb000198.aspx


Go to computer management > Services and Applications > Properties of Message Queuing > Diagnostics tab. On this tab use the MQPing to test the MSMQ connection to the SMTP server.


Also can you check that the firewall is configured to allow MSMQ. Please refer to:
