Dear,
I have created a smart object using the k2 smart object test tool .
Once i update the SharePoint document library , the changes are not reflected to the documents under the exisitng service instance.
I recreate the service instance with no luck.
Any idea ?

The K2 documentation recommends that you create and regenerate the smartobjects or refresh the service instance from within SharePoint, not using the SmartObject tester.
