Scenarion is
User Manager and Dept Head are same person for a specific Requester (Dynamic Situation) and Dept head would prefer only one time approve for his all roles.
Can we create Rules or Process Flow based on that?
example: if Person ABC has approved, and next process is for ABC again, skip it with outcome as approved
Process is not stopped, now it will Move to next client event for approval and complete its flow.

Hi,
This depends on how you set your destinations, I would add a rule on the line(from First ABC approval step to the client event) to check if Destination1 = Destination2
on the other line from (ABC approval to the second approval) and the rule should be Destination1 != Destination2
