Uninstalling of SEQ does not remove the SEQ service, it only removes the files. This is how SEQ installation and uninstallation works.
To remove the SEQ service you need to either run the SEQ admin tool before the SEQ uninstall, or run the windows "sc delete" command after the uninstall.
To remove all components that were installed using RPA Server, add the following parameter to the CLI of the RPA Server setup EXE:
"REMOVE_ALL=TRUE"
(I admit I am not sure this parameter was tested enough yet)
