Dont you think RPA works better with a single person performing discovery, documentation, development & maintenance.. reason is usually the gap & process understanding being passed from person to person on papers

@Ziv Ilan​ Answer:

Having automation at scale is quite challenging when you have a single person running everything end-to-end; also, having the same function doing the discovery and the development will add more bottlenecks to your automation processes and will limit the way you can scale it I would recommend having business-oriented or process-oriented functions handle the discovery, documentation, and prioritization, while the technical functions handle the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance; it will also allow you to test the documentation of the processes

Where does the RPA Administration belong?

The administration of the platform is a technical/IT operations function; the objective is to monitor the robots, validate the proper execution of the tasks, and flag any expected downtime; this is usually managed by the RPA manager or a dedicated function within the RPA/IT team that has the subject-matter expertise of the Console and/or monitoring dashboards
