We have just recently gotten Nintex workflows/forms for my company. I have created a form for new personnel to get signed off by different departments. Currently it is a list of department names and a people picker field next to dept name. We need to ensure that all personnel get cleared in to all departments. 

Currently this is a manual entry into the people picker. The problem is somebody could type somebody else's name into the people picker. I would like to have a field that will be populated by a button click with the "current user".  This way we can confident that the right person "cleared" them in. Also I would need to have the button disable once the corresponding field has been populated.
