When I try to download the file from this link, it is also not downloading properly for me. 
 

I will ask the relevant teams to correct it!

The zip file was broken but it was replaced this morning and was confirmed to be working.
Mine took more than 5 minutes to download, so please try again and give it some extra time to download?  Please let me know if you do not have any success with it!
