Hello, since yesterday I've had a problem with the K2 designer. First I got this error, which I've resolved as follows.

Now that this problem has been solved, when I want to open or create a form I get this error, and only with one specific user account  the others can create / edit all my current form.

I don't know what to do about it.

Hello @Antoine Kuntz ,

If the issue is related to a specific view, you can use the rollback mechanism found here - https://community.nintex.com/nintex-automation-29/roll-back-a-view-or-form-to-a-previous-version-force-check-in-and-cancel-check-out-of-a-view-or-form-27563#:~:text=If%20you%20revert%20to%20a,the%20reverted%20view%20or%20form

I suspect this isn’t the case and the issue is actually to do with your user account. I would get someone to try to do the same using their user account.

You will need to log a support ticket via customer central in the above case.

Thanks,

Anthony

Hi Antoine Kuntz,

I’m guessing this is K2 Cloud platform, you might want to get the latest FP. It looks like the behavior has been fixed.
