[Files] vs [Notes & Attachments] for CSV/Excel Runtime - Is it ok to use [Files] not [Attachments] ?

“Be sure to upload a CSV/Excel file as an attachment to your record in Salesforce.”

The documentation states “attachment” - does this mean that [Files] is not possible. We no longer use [Notes & Attachments] but now use [Notes]; [Files]. When I upload my xlsx to the record [Files] I get an error.

The selected import file could not be found (Import). (ResourceInvalid) Include this Error Id if you contact Nintex Support: 9d132cc9-7e84-4024-80f5-60c96f0e8bb6.

@CGeorge  - Can you explain what you are trying to do with the excel file? What feature in particular you are trying to run by uploading the CSV to files?

Thanks

@Ray_Cabral - Thank you for the response. Im attempting to upload an xlsx to an opportunity “File” and then connect that via connected data (Excel File from Runtime Record) to the Word template. Am able to do it with a direct connection but not via the connected data.
