I would like to know, could I use lookup() runtime function with calculated value control in Nintex Mobile?
Check this List Look-up function for Nintex mobile and it states that Lookup don't work. Following are the supported functions Forms functionality supported for use with Nintex Mobile
I just tried it. It does not work, unfortunately.
I have the same issue. It is working on desktop but not in mobile. Does this depend on the mobile device?
It's true. I ran into this a few months back, and thought my life was over.
While this certainly would not work if you had over, say, 10 lines of items to look-up ... when I ran into this, I was able to code it in, instead, as an if().
In my case, the look-up was looking at a Material Type, and then at the Percent Compaction (PC) associated to that particular type. Then, if the PC were less than or greater than another number in the form, different actions were taken.
What I had to do was essentially write out code that said, "IF (MAT TYPE = THIS, THEN THIS PC. IF NOT, THEN IF(MAT TYPE = THIS, THEN THIS PC. IF NOT, THEN IF(.... ))" so on & so forth.
Will it work for everyone? No. But in my situation, it worked, and I don't know if there's a character limit on functions, but theoretically you could do this for anything if you 100% needed it.
Thought I'd offer that in case your case is as simple as mine ended up being.
But usually it should work, or?
