How should I download all Nintex Workflows (nwp) file from SharePoint Online site without opening Lists or Library
at this stage, there's no User Interface for this. What is your goal? Backup?
Some kind of backup option is nice, i'd like to see some kind of smart documentation as well to export a readable format of your workflow (stick in a design document) or just have something consumable to look at on paper, especially for the big mama workflows that you've got to scroll all over the place just to see what is going on.
I like those ideas. I suggest you post this request on http://nintex.uservoice.com
Unexpectedly Nintex Workflow icon was not shown in Ribbon, (In All documents Views & with Admin Rights user)
My goal is download all workflow (.nwp) files from SharePoint Server for backup
The most perfect way would be to create a powershell script/ C#/ other language script to call the Nintex for O365 REST API method: http://help.nintex.com/en-us/sdks/sdko365/Default.htm#Reference/REST/NWO_REF_REST_ExportWorkflow.htm to export a workflow. HOWEVER this method requires Workflow ID (GUID) to identify a workflow which you can only obtain from... the exported NWP file It's a bit ridiculous
I know no other "OOTB" way. You can as well try to use 3rd party tool as sharegate to achieve that - their migration tool allows to enumerate workflows and possibly to save them.
