I have a question. My software assurance expires on 1/6/2016, I downloaded upgrade package, will I be able to install upgrade after expairation date?
Nintex products cannot be upgraded if their is no valid support contract.
The production product will continue to function as normal but it cannot be upgraded and if you use Nintex Live services this access will also cease. If you have a development license and the support contract expires Nintex will no longer work in the invironment.
It is not when the file was downloaded but the current status of the license that is looked at during the upgrade process.
