I tried creating an account with a different password thinking it's a separate account for training but it won't let me login. I can login onto the site but not the training center. I have a different password for logging into the site.
Hi, Jim Tucker, I'm sorry you're having trouble getting in. I've sent a message to our learning center folks to see what's up.
I assume you've checked that you're using the correct password. But one piece of advice is to use a less complicated password w/o special charactes (I know, just the opposite of what you're used to doing), as that has helped other customers.
Meantime, I have notified the right people to see what is going on with that site.
Again, apologies for the hassle getting in. We want you there, for certain!
Hi, Jim Tucker! I have heard back from the lady in charge of the Learning Center today. She reset your password, so you should be receiving an email to to change your password. If you don't receive it, let me know and we'll get you squared away.
