We have a SharePoint 2010 server with Nintex workflows governing several workflows.
I didn't set up the server or install Nintex software, and I have some limited experience with SharePoint.
The approval emails that go out during our workflow processes have links in the back to items on the SharePoint server (to the workflow item, to an approval/rejection dialog, and to view the workflow status).
The actual links use the server's hostname, and not the FQDN of the server, so it is causing some issues with clients.
How do I adjust the emails so that the emails sent out have links that utilize the FQDN of the server instead of it's hostname?
