Anyone had trouble logging into Nintex Mobile App using MS Account? Every time I try to login, it won't take my password and I am having to reset it over and over. What's causing this? Thanks.
Thanks for helping me with this. No, I do not have 2 factor authentication setup, this is the first time I heard about it. I am setting up the mobile app for our water operators who works in the field locally in the same time zone. I am not sure if their phone connects to other Wifi's beside the company one. I was able to confirmed that they can sign into Microsoft account in a browser on a computer using the same username and password, but I get the username/password error when I do it using the mobile app. I finally go it to work by uninstalling and re-installing the app.
Do you have 2 factor authentication set up? I find if I've been connecting to lots of different WiFis (as you do when you travel the country telling people how cool Nintex is), then Microsoft sometimes prompts me to authenticate using my secondary form of authentication. If you've changed your phone number then it won't be ringing/texting you asking for this detail.
Also make sure the date/time on your device is correct - it can get very confused if it's out because it won't recognise a valid SSL certificate.
Good to know it worked out even if it was a "reboot your computer" type answer ;-)
