I just started with Assign Flexi task. When I create a new task, it use "Workflow Tasks" to store all tasks. My question is, can I use my own task list like "JobTask" instead of default "Workflow Tasks"?
That's very possible. I'm in 2013 so maybe the ability to add a new task list from the workflow settings is a 2013 only feature. Perhaps in 2010 you can create a new tasks list right from SharePoint and maybe it will show up in your list in workflow settings?
Hey Lei! Yes you do have some control over this. Inside your workflow go into Workflow Settings and near the bottom you'll see a task list selection. From here you can create a new one, but you won't be able to select an existing one that you might have created through SharePoint. Hope this helps!

Thanks for your reply. I looked workflow setting and saw the Task list, but I can not enter my own list name, it's just a dropdown list. Here's screen print
What are your permissions on this site? The only thing I can think of is maybe you don't have the permissions to create a new list? Here's what mine looks like, with a create new... option.
I have full control over the site. I also checked with admin account, the same thing, no option for create new. We are in SharePoint 2010. Is this cause the problem?
Yes, I just created a new task list and it did show up at the dropdown list. Thanks!
Glad to hear it and good to know the experience is different in 2010 vs 2013!
Did you create the task list before attempting to access it from the dropdown?
Yes, I created the task list first, then Nintex workflow.
Yes - I posted this just as you posted you got it resolved - but my post was suggesting to do so if not. Nice timing.
