Termination workflow: How to check the box/option to hide from exchange address list

We are creating a termination workflow. One of the steps we need to do is to check the box called "Hide form Exchange Address lists" in the user's Exchange account.

We don't delete the email account just yet, but we need to have it not show up in the global address book.
