Yeah, we already have a ticket in. Support just seems so slow. I think our time zone difference is the issue.

I hope that by now your problem has been solved..could you share what the issue was and how it gets resolved?
It could help other users here on the community if they gets a similar issue.
Check that you do not have a Preservation Policy set on the site. I've seen that this causes the apps to not be allowed to be installed.
