Our company does not have a plan to use Exchange on Office 365 in short term. However we want use Nintex workflow. I am a new to Nintex for Office 365 and run into an issue that an email notification in a workflow never works if I put company emails on premise such as email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. It seems that it works only if I select the name match the email address email@example.com, CTCManager. I don't know where Nintex pull out the user information from Office 365. How can I send an email notification to a Exchange on premise instead of Exchange on Office 365.
