when a user adds a folder to a document library I need the workflow to ask the user to specify what users need access to it with the approve permission

when a user adds a folder to a document library i need the workflow to ask the user to specify what users need access to it with the approve permission.

 

I have been able to get the workflow to stop the folder from inheriting permissions and to give all staff read access.

 

Not to sure how to go about the specific permissions though using a workflow.

 

Fairly new using this so forgive me if it's simple.
