How to find the nintex databases that are active and in use by SharePoint 2010 farm?

I am going to clear databases from SQL server that are not being used by the SharePoint 2010 farm, so I can free up space. I have found powershell commands that can be used to find the databases that are used by SharePoint, but I have not found anything that tells me how to find which Nintex Databases are being used by the farm. Does anyone know if this can be done with a command/operation in NWadmin.exe or with powershell?

Thanks in advance, Louis
