Hi we have a simple workflow that asks for approval.
Once given we Set Approval Status.
At this point the workflow is intermittently failing with the error message 0x8007005
Any help resolving this would be appreciated.
Hi Ben, that error code is usually associated with insufficient permissions. Is it specific people that it fails for (I know you said intermittently, but it may be related)? Have you tried wrapping the steps in an Action Set and setting that to run as the Workflow Owner (under the common options in configuration)?
