We are using Exchange 2013 and Outlook 2013. Not sure why I would get this error message.
Hi Ben, apologies for the delay on your question. In order for the add-in to work, you will need to upgrade to SP1
This requirement is now included in the Platform requirement of the add-in.

1. Are you using the Outlook desktop client or the web client (OWA) when you installed by clicking on “get more apps”?
2. If you are using Outlook desktop, does it work when you use OWA to install it?
3. Could you send us a screenshot of the error?
It does not work in either application Desktop or OWA.
